Assistant Site Manager – RC Frame Location: Croydon, South London Rate: Negotiable DOE – Outside IR35 Start Date: Immediate Contract Length: 6 Months Assistant Site Manager – RC Frame – Croydon We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a large and established contractor on an RC Frame project in Croydon, South London. The client has asked to remain confidential until the interview stage. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for a long-term opportunity, with a strong and secure pipeline of local work and larger projects coming through. The Role The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager, assisting with the day-to-day running of the RC Frame project and supporting with site management, inductions, paperwork and general site coordination. This would suit someone looking to develop their experience and progress within a busy contractor, with further opportunities available on upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site. * Support with site inductions and briefings. * Assist with site paperwork and documentation. * Coordinate labour, materials and plant. * Monitor progress and quality of works. * Support with Health & Safety requirements. * Liaise with engineers, and the wider project team. * Assist with resolving day-to-day site issues. Scope of Works The project involves a standard RC Frame package, with the Assistant Site Manager supporting the Site Manager across the day-to-day delivery and coordination of the works. Requirements * RC Frame experience preferred. * SMSTS – Essential. * Black CSCS Card / NVQ Level 6 – Essential. * First Aid – Desirable. * Strong communication and organisational skills.
