Job Description
A Configuration Services Project Manager at OEM manages customized hardware and software factory integration projects for clients—such as corporate image loads, asset tagging, and hardware component assembly—ensuring orders are built, tested, and delivered on time and within scope.
Core Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Oversight: Plan, track, and execute custom configuration orders from initiation through final delivery.
Client Communication: Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for customers, leading status meetings and handling escalations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal teams like Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to meet strict technical specifications and ship dates.
Risk & Quality Management: Track project milestones, manage risks and issues (RAID), and enforce strict quality standards before systems ship
