The Role:
You'll take ownership of digital marketing across multiple brands, working closely with the Head of E-commerce and wider e-commerce and marketing teams.
You'll:
* Lead performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates
* Manage and develop an in-house team of 3
* Own budgets, forecasts and channel performance
* Drive customer acquisition and database growth
* Develop new affiliate and third-party partnerships
* Report on weekly, monthly and seasonal performance
* Constantly look for opportunities to improve results and accelerate growth
What We're Looking For:
* Strong performance marketing background
* Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google
* Excellent analytical and commercial skills
* Confident stakeholder management
* A motivating and supportive people manager
* Ideally 2-3+ years' relevant digital marketing experience
