Contract | October / November Start
We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a major engineering project based in Berlin.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile international project with a well-established engineering contractor.
Responsibilities
* Commercial management of a large-scale engineering project.
* Managing contracts, variations and change control.
* Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial risk management.
* Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
* Working closely with project and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Commercial Manager within M&E, construction or engineering.
* Strong contractual and commercial knowledge.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience on major projects such as Data Centres, Industrial, Infrastructure or similar is desirable.
* Able to work in Berlin from October/November.
