A growing Northern Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to appoint a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen and expand their team in Chorley. The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, taking a lead role in managing projects while providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a lead role in managing project budgets, costs, and forecasts, working closely with clients to provide accurate financial reporting, strategic cost advice, and effective commercial management.
