CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – MOTOR INDUSTRY
📍 Walton-on-Thames | 💷 £30,000–£33,000 PA | ⏰ 45 Hours
Are you a calm, professional and confident communicator who thrives in a busy customer service environment?
Our client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and fast-paced motor industry team.
⭐ THE ROLE
You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, responsible for:
📞 Handling a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently
📅 Arranging customer bookings and appointments
🚗 Organising customers to come into the business
📝 Keeping accurate notes and updating customer records
🤝 Providing friendly, professional customer service
⚡ Managing multiple calls and tasks while remaining calm and organised
