Freelance Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Immediate Start! 🚨
📍 Wandsworth
💷 £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
🚗 Own car & full UK driving licence essential
We're looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for 30 weeks to join a well-known main contractor delivering planned maintenance works across the London Borough of Wandsworth.
Project includes
* Window replacements
* Door replacements
* External refurbishment works
The ideal candidate will have
* Previous RLO experience within social housing or planned maintenance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with residents and site teams
* A proactive and organised approach to work
