The Role Senior technical lead across major civils and earthworks packages.
Key Responsibilities

Leading engineering delivery across multiple sections

Managing QA, technical assurance, and compliance
*
Reviewing designs, temporary works, and buildability
*
Coordinating with designers, subcontractors, and client teams
*
Mentoring junior engineers
Requirements
*
Strong background in major civils/highways/earthworks
*
Excellent technical leadership and decision‑making
*
Understanding of geotechnical interfaces and temporary works

Ability to manage complex engineering challenges
