£60,000 - £62,300 + Bonus + Overtime
4 on / 4 off Nights

A leading manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join its established engineering team.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
* Diagnosing faults and minimising equipment downtime
* Maintaining and repairing plant machinery and equipment
* Supporting TPM and continuous improvement activities
* Assisting with machinery installations and engineering projects
* Working closely with production teams to maximise plant performance
About You
To be considered, you will have:
* A recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy engineering environment
* Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
* Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
* Welding, grinding, and fabrication experience
