Then please get in touch! Kington Barnes are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our client in the Clevedon area.
**Responsibilities**
* Challenge current and new manufacturing techniques to enhance and broaden our capabilities
* Develop the business case for new investments and existing process modifications
* Contribute to investment strategy
* Facilitate handover of new processes to production, ensuring all stakeholders gain the relevant level of knowledge for their role
* Monitor savings and cost level for new investments or improvement activities
* Contribute to data driven manufacturing through investments
* Create initial process capability baselines
**Requirements**
* CNC or a precision engineering background is essential
* Apprenticeship or degree qualified engineer is essential
* Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment is desirable
**Hours**
* 4.5 days per week (Flexi start and finish time)
**Salary**
* £50,000 per year
