Role Summary
Join leading automotive client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.
* Perform semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.
* May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
* Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.
* Make machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.
* Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
* Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 years
* Must be able to work a 2 shift pattern consisting of days and backs
* Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.
Shift Pattern:
* Day Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00-14:28
* Late Shift:
* Monday -Thursday - 15:28-23:56
* Friday - 14:28-22:56
