Property Manager – Birmingham
Permanent, Full-Time, Office-based. Salary: £36,000
Are you an experienced Property Manager who prides themselves on their resilience and ability to handle complex situations with empathy? Our client, a prominent leader in the UK property development sector, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their Birmingham team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of their property management operations, requiring a balance of firm administration and compassionate communication.
Operating from a sophisticated office in Birmingham, you will manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring that both the physical assets and the people within them are expertly cared for.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Portfolio & Inventory Oversight: Managing a high volume of inventory stock with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all properties meet the company’s exacting standards.
* Arrears Management: Implementing effective and professional credit control procedures to manage arrears, balancing commercial necessity with a fair approach.
* Landlord & Tenant Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, building trust through transparent reporting and proactive maintenance management.
* Legal Documentation: Overseeing the end-to-end process of tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance, ensuring all legal requirements are met with precision.
* Vulnerable Client Support: Dealing sensitively and professionally with vulnerable clients, providing a supportive service while maintaining the integrity of the tenancy.
* Conflict Resolution: Navigating complex disputes or maintenance issues with a calm, solution-oriented mindset to ensure swift and satisfactory outcomes for all parties.
